We offer a variety of membership categories and 2 methods of payment.

Husband/Wife                 2 legally married adults living with each other

Youth                              Age 3-17

Young Adult                    Age 18-23

Payment Options:

Electronic Fund Transfer- Your payment can be deducted from your savings or checking account or may be applied onto your credit card monthly.

 

Annual Payment: Dues are paid in full upon joining.

*Capital Improvement fund is a one time fee used for purchasing and maintaining equipment as long as there is no lapse in membership.

*Renewals- please subtract Capital Improvement Fund from yearly total from your membership type.

 

ONE SOURCE MILITARY MEMBERSHIP 

YMCA of the USA, the Armed Services YMCA and the Department of Defense have launched a new program which addresses the needs of military individuals and their families.  The Putnam County YMCA is proud to be able to extend the Outreach Initiative Program to deployed military families in our community. We are offering free membership to those that qualify. For further information please contact Brenda Michel at 419-523-5233 ext. # 26.

 

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

Membership cancellation requires the member to sign a written cancellation form. It takes 30 business days for the draft to be completed.  There are no refunds for memberships paid in full. If you wish to rejoin within the 30 days, you may do so without repaying the initial Capital Improvement Fee.
