SUMMER DAY CAMP
Who: All kids ages5-12 years old. 5 year old must have completed kindergarten
When: Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm
Where: Camp will be held at the Putnam County YMCA, 101 Putnam Parkway, Ottawa, Ohio 45875
Fees and Registration:
YMCA Member $65/week
Non-member $75/week
Fee includes camp shirt. There is a non-refundable $10 deposit required for each week your child is registered. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify. Applications are available at the YMCA Welcome Desk and must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to your child's first day of camp.
How do I register? Registering for camp is easy. Simply complete this registration form and return it along with a $10.00 deposit for each week to the Putnam County YMCA, 101 Putnam Parkway, Ottawa, Ohio 45875. Deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the weekly fee. Registration begins April 14th.
What does my child need to bring? Kids need to bring a sack lunch, swimsuit and towel. YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen articles so we advise children to leave money and other valuables at home.
What should my child wear:? Kids will be participating in games that involve running and being active so children need to wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. No flip-flops.
